The brief

A wellness brand needed a redesign that could carry the trust architecture supplements live or die on — sourcing, certifications, transparency — without burying it three clicks deep, and a subscription flow that didn’t feel like a contract.

What we did

  • Homepage rebuilt around trust signals: sourcing transparency, certifications, and a “what’s in this and why” rhythm above the product grid.
  • PDP redesign that surfaces lab certifications and ingredient sourcing inline rather than in a separate “trust” page nobody visits.
  • Subscription self-serve — pause, swap, change frequency without emailing support.
  • Comparison tables on key category PDPs so buyers don’t leave to research alternatives.
  • Reviews integrated with verified-buyer markers and routine-context tags.

Key decisions

  • We treated certifications as content, not credentials — they’re presented as part of the product story, not as logos in a footer trust strip.
  • Comparison tables were built once, used on the three highest-traffic PDPs. The remaining PDPs link to a dedicated comparison page rather than inlining one.
