They don't roll over indefinitely — but we use a 30-day grace window so you're never penalised for a quiet month.
Can we cancel? +
Anytime after the first 90 days. We ask for the initial 90 to make the work worth setting up.
What's the difference between tiers? +
Hours per month and SLA tightness. Starter is 8h/month with same-day response, Growth is 20h/month with 4-hour response, Plus is custom.
