The brief

A men’s fashion brand needed a net-new storefront that read like a magazine and converted like a store. The earlier presence was a hosted-template situation that wasn’t going to scale into the next collection’s launch.

What we did

  • Built the storefront from scratch on Shopify with a custom theme structured for editorial lookbook layouts above and around the product grid.
  • PDP system with fit notes, fabric breakdown, and lookbook-style “as worn” imagery — the buying questions specific to menswear.
  • Lifecycle email program in Klaviyo: welcome, abandon, browse-abandon, and post-purchase flows live before launch.
  • Mobile-first across the whole stack — most fashion traffic enters via Instagram and TikTok and the storefront is built for that buyer first.

Key decisions

  • The homepage is a single editorial story, not a stacked discovery feed. Men’s fashion buyers arrive with a referral context already in their head; the homepage’s job is to confirm the brand, not re-explain it.
  • Fabric and fit detail are foregrounded on PDPs, not buried in tabs — those are the questions that decide a return.
