The brief

A women’s fashion accessories brand spanning tights, gloves, socks, cashmere, and lifestyle accessories needed a redesign that captured the editorial, slightly playful tone the brand had in print but had lost on the storefront.

What we did

  • Full Shopify redesign on a custom theme with collection layouts that lean into the brand’s styled imagery rather than fighting them with grids.
  • PDP system tuned for accessories: material content, sizing notes, and “wears with” cross-sells surface alongside the product without crowding it.
  • Cross-merchandising rails built into PLPs so a tights buyer sees the matching gloves and cashmere within the same browsing trip.
  • Lifecycle email program in Klaviyo with welcome, browse-abandon, and seasonal-edit flows.

Key decisions

  • Accessories are an AOV play, not a single-SKU play. The collection and PDP layouts both push cross-merchandising hard but visually rather than via heavy-handed banners.
  • The brand voice was preserved literally — micro-copy across cart, account, and checkout was rewritten in the brand’s tone instead of using Shopify defaults.
