The brief

A jewelry brand needed a redesign that stopped competing with itself — earlier iterations had buried materials and origin information behind tabs, and were leaning on stock-feeling imagery treatments. The brand needed the storefront to feel like the showroom.

What we did

  • Full Shopify redesign on a custom theme, with a homepage rebuilt around editorial collection storytelling rather than a hero-grid-grid stack.
  • PDP system that leads with the visual product, surfaces materials and origin one scroll down, and brings reviews into the buying-decision area near the buy-box.
  • Cart redesigned for considered-purchase behaviour: easy “save for later” via wishlist, gift packaging selection, and a checkout that doesn’t overwhelm a $300+ AOV buyer with up-sells.
  • Lifecycle email program in Klaviyo with welcome, browse-abandon, and post-purchase flows.

Key decisions

  • Less white-space anxiety. Jewelry brands frequently fill every screen of the PDP with grid thumbnails and badges; we kept the page intentionally spare so the photography carried the weight.
  • Materials transparency is foregrounded on every PDP, not buried in a tab. The buyer’s biggest question on a $300+ piece is “what is this actually made of” — the answer is on the page.

Shopify, custom theme on Liquid, Klaviyo, Judge.me, Shop Pay enabled.
