The brief

A Brazilian hydration and drinkware brand selling tumblers, sippers, and electrolyte products needed a redesign that captured the lifestyle context the brand sells in — fitness, training, and active routines — without losing the practical product specs the category demands.

What we did

  • Full Shopify redesign on a custom theme with collection layouts built around lifestyle imagery rather than studio cut-outs.
  • PDP system tuned for the dual nature of the category: hydration product specs (capacity, insulation, materials) sit alongside lifestyle context (in-use imagery, fitness scenarios).
  • Bundle merchandising — tumbler-plus-electrolyte combinations surface as natural pairings rather than as cross-sell banners.
  • Lifecycle email program in Klaviyo with welcome, browse-abandon, and a post-purchase flow timed around when a hydration buyer typically restocks consumables.

Key decisions

  • Bundling was treated as merchandising, not as a discount mechanism. The pairings are useful; the pricing is the same as buying separately.
  • Localised for Brazilian buyers — Portuguese copy, Brazilian payment methods (Pix), and local shipping clarity at checkout.
