The brief

A skincare brand wanted to launch on Shopify with a PDP system that could handle a first-time buyer’s “is this for me” question without burying the answer in marketing copy, plus a bundle architecture for routine-based buying.

What we did

  • Net-new build with a PDP framework that surfaces use case, skin type, and routine pairing above the buy button — not below it.
  • Bundle builder for routine kits, with conditional pricing that rewards multi-product carts.
  • Mobile-first across the board: hero, PDP, cart, and checkout were designed phone-first and upscaled to desktop, not the other way around.
  • Trust architecture — verified-buyer reviews, ingredient-source notes, and a returns policy surfaced at PDP rather than buried in the footer.

Key decisions

  • We led with routine-based bundles instead of single-SKU PDPs because skincare buying is fundamentally a multi-product decision. Single-SKU pages still exist but the homepage funnels toward routines first.
  • Brand system was rebuilt during the engagement — typography, color, and component patterns were locked in alongside the storefront, not after it.
