How fast can you start? +
If you submit before noon IST (early-morning EST), you get the audit back same day. We typically have 2-3 sprint slots open at any time, and the next available start is usually within 5-7 days of your audit reply. If you're under a hard launch deadline, mention it in the form, we'll prioritise.
How is this different from a Shopify expert on Upwork? +
Senior designer + developer pair working on your store for 2 full weeks. The output is theme-maintainable and mobile-clean. Not a $300 freelancer race-to-the-bottom.
What if I haven't picked a theme yet? +
We'll recommend one based on your niche during kickoff. Free.
Will it still update when Shopify pushes theme updates? +
Yes. We work within the theme's section schema, so future theme updates apply cleanly.
What if I need more sections? +
Each additional 5 sections is +$500. Most brands land between 4 and 10.
What payment methods do you accept? +
50% upfront via Stripe (any major card), 50% on completion. Wire transfer accepted for orders over $5,000. We invoice in USD. No retainers, no monthly fees, no surprise charges.
